Products purchased from the Tradehouse online store have a 14-day right of return upon receipt of the goods. If the product ordered from the e-store is not suitable, it can be returned without giving reasons.
Tradehouse must be notified of the wish to return the goods within 14 days at the latest, and the return application must be filled.
All costs related to the return of the goods shall be borne by the customer, unless the reason for the return is non-compliance with the order or defective goods.
The following are not refundable:
- Goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned and which are delivered in closed packaging but the package of which has been opened;
- Goods which, after opening the package, would not be suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons;
- Goods for which the opening or packaging of the goods cannot be detected by Tradehouse (e.g., the product does not have foil/film around the cap);
- Products manufactured in accordance with the conditions specified by the Buyer;
- Products which are mixed or combined with another product or goods in such a way that they can no longer be separated;
- Products used for economic and professional purposes.
The product can be returned:
- Tradehouse Tallinn store, Peterburi tee 47c;
- Tradehouse Tallinn office, Nautica Center, Ahtri tn 9;
- Tradehouse Tartu office, Riia tn 2;
- Tradehouse Pärnu office, Hommiku tn 2;
- Tradehouse Narva office, Tallinna mnt 41;
- Wrong or defective product in the parcel machine using the code obtained.
Upon the arrival of the goods at Tradehouse or upon presentation of a proof of shipment, Tradehouse will make a refund within 14 days at the latest. Refunds will be made to the same checking account from which the purchase was made.
