FILLERINA 12 HA DERMACOSMETICS FOR CONCRETE FACIAL AREAS - Fillerina 12 HA dermacosmetic fillers have been developed on the basis of research that has resulted in the creation of specific formulas for specific facial areas. Fillerina 12 HA dermocosmetic filler has a modulated concentration of 12 different molecular weights and sizes of hyaluronic acid molecules for specific areas, which penetrate particularly effectively through the skin (ex vivo test with Franz Cell), thus allowing it to be filled. The action of hyaluronic acid is complemented by 3 collagens and 2 elastins, which strengthen the skin tissues and create firmness. The molecules have been calibrated to adapt to the skin of each specific facial area and optimise the penetration of the ingredients to provide a plumping, firming and anti-wrinkle action. The formulation for each zone has a different active ingredient formulation tailored to the specific zone. An anti-wrinkle, firming, plumping effect is achieved. FILLING EFFECT As the skin ages, the amount of hyaluronic acid gradually decreases, causing imperfections such as age-related wrinkles, mimic lines and loss of volume (sagging and skin irregularities), especially on the cheeks, jowls and lips. Fillerina 12HA densifying filler contains a proprietary blend of 12 different hyaluronic acid molecules of varying molecular weights and sizes, which are particularly effective in penetrating through the skin layers (ex vivo tests with Franz Cells), thus allowing to fill the tissues and add volume. The molecular weights of the 12 filler hyaluronic acid molecules contained in this formulation range from 400 to 2000000 daltons, up to a cross-polymer molecule, and all of them showed a high penetration capacity (ex vivo test). FILLING EFFECT As a filler, the 12HA filler combines 3 collagen molecules of different molecular weights (2 000, 12 000 and 300 000 Da) which, when penetrating the dermis (ex vivo test with Franz Cells), promote an increase in the density of the extracellular matrix and improve the filling effect in cooperation with the hyaluronic acid molecules. With chronological ageing, the quantity and quality of elastin, the protein that forms elastic fibres, is drastically reduced, thereby compromising skin plasticity and contributing to skin laxity. The formulation also incorporates 2 elastin molecules of different molecular weights (1 400 Da and 2 200 Da) to compensate for this loss and restore skin elasticity and plasticity.
